• Monday - Friday, two evenings until 7pm, 40-hour work week
• 37-hour weekly minimum guaranteed except 1 potential cancellation per 4 weeks
• 12-13 patients per day, 1-hour evaluations, 30-45 minute visits
• Outpatient orthopedic clinic
• EMR: Therapy Source/NetHealth
• 1+ years recent outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
