Responsibilities
- Provide charge/supervisory coverage across multiple units, ensuring smooth patient flow and appropriate staffing
- Mentor and coach clinical staff; oversee admission processes and interdepartmental collaboration
- De-escalation, managing assaultive behavior, and code management to maintain unit safety
- IV/PICC care, starting and maintaining IV therapy; wound care where indicated
- Tube feeds, catheter and ostomy care; infection control and isolation procedures
- Maintain regulatory compliance (DPH, TJC, OSHA), incident reporting, and emergency preparedness

Requirements
- Active New York RN license in hand to submit
- BLS certification
- EPIC charting experience required (hard requirement)
- Minimum 2 years RN experience; prior charge/lead experience required
- Education: RN degree from an accredited program (licensure required)
- Ability to work in a geriatric/skilled nursing setting and to float across units as needed
- Applicants must be located more than 75 miles from the facility
