Job Summary:
We are seeking Support Staff to assist with various tasks in our organization. The Support Staff will be responsible for performing administrative duties, providing customer service, and supporting other team members as needed.
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
2. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
3. Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
4. Support team members with various projects and tasks.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Prior experience in a administrative or customer service role is a plus.
