Salary: Up to $125,000 per year

The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift, ensuring high-quality clinical care, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.

• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, during assigned shifts.

• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.

• Provide clinical leadership and serve as a resource for nursing staff.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Promote compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes.

• Assist with staffing coordination and shift assignments as needed.

• Support infection prevention, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives.

• Maintain survey readiness and assist during regulatory inspections.

• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, or Long-Term Care setting preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and leadership abilities.

• Knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care best practices.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
