Are you an RDA or dental professional ready to transition out of patient-facing care-but not ready to leave the dental field behind? This role is designed for you. Join a team where your clinical knowledge is valued in a new way. Instead of assisting chairside, you'll use your experience to guide, support, and collaborate with doctors and dental teams-helping deliver the best outcomes from behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted liaison between doctors, dental technicians, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and case success
- Support dental professionals by recommending the best products and solutions based on each unique case
- Provide high-quality customer support, including handling inbound calls, case updates, and product guidance
- Review and evaluate cases thoroughly, applying your clinical knowledge to help doctors achieve optimal results
- Proactively troubleshoot and problem-solve, offering thoughtful guidance and solutions
- Maintain detailed notes and documentation within internal systems
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Follow up on cases and requests to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes
- Participate in outbound outreach when additional case support is needed

What You Bring
- Background in dental assisting or dental-related experience (RDA, DA, CDT strongly preferred)
- At least 3+ years in the dental field or equivalent experience in customer support
- Strong communication skills-you're comfortable speaking with doctors and teams
- A detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset
- Ability to translate clinical knowledge into clear, helpful guidance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a call center or customer support environment is a plus
