Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests encompassing chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established standards.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection and ensure samples are prepared accurately for analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to sustaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory space while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
