Description – Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses—covering fields like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for reliability, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure preventative maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Document all procedures meticulously, provide training for new staff or students, and maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a tidy and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
