Description – What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct both standard and specialized laboratory tests—ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology—while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure the reliability of results through careful analysis, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep detailed records of procedures, train incoming personnel or interns, and help maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment is required.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
