Your Responsibilities – What You'll Contribute

• Ensure the reliability of results by analyzing data, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and properly prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Accurately document all processes, mentor new employees or students, and actively contribute to maintaining high quality standards in the lab.
• Promote a safe, clean work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
