What You’ll Bring 7+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, production‑ready systems. Ability to deliver practical solutions quickly while maintaining quality. Experience with large‑scale datasets and backend systems that support high transaction volumes and throughput. Proven success in launching, scaling, and improving applications or large software platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in financial technology (FinTech), payments, banking, or financial services. Practical experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms. Experience developing and maintaining applications at scale using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks. Technology Stack Frontend: Modern JavaScript framework (React or equivalent) Backend: Python Cloud Infrastructure: AWS and containerized deployment environments. Collaboration & Development Tools: Source control, project management, team communication, and documentation platforms.
