Overview Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Outpatient Pediatrics - Jacksonville, FL Now Hiring Full Time Why This Opportunity Stands Out Great Strides Rehab, part of the H2 Health family, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric clinic team. In this full-time role, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. What You’ll Do Work directly with children in a 1:1 clinic setting under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Collect data, track progress, and help adjust behavior intervention plans Encourage skill development in areas like communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior Foster a positive, engaging environment to promote success and learning Requirements What You’ll Need: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) Benefits Why Join H2 Health?
