As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission. About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and reliable RBTs and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining hands‑on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
