Junior Recruiter

Compensation: $40,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonuses Do you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and working toward goals? Staffworks Group is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Recruitment Hub in Greer, South Carolina. You’ll help connect job seekers with opportunities while learning how to source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruiting process. Experience in customer service, sales, staffing, or a call center is a plus—we also welcome candidates who are ready to learn and build a career in recruiting. What You’ll Do Find and engage candidates through resume searches, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach Conduct phone screens to learn about candidates’ experience, interests, availability, and qualifications Build relationships with candidates and maintain a pipeline for current and upcoming openings Match candidates with opportunities based on their skills and client requirements Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process Support onboarding and follow up with candidates before their start dates Keep candidate records, recruiting activity, and follow-up notes accurate in our applicant tracking system Work with the Recruitment Team Lead to prioritize openings and meet recruiting goals Assist with job postings, hiring events, and other recruiting activities What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people by phone, text, and email A friendly, professional approach and a commitment to following through Strong organization and time-management skills Comfort using Microsoft Office, online platforms, and databases Willingness to make outbound calls, learn new sourcing techniques, and take initiative Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and motivation to meet goals Ability to work full-time, in person at our Greer, SC office Preferred Experience Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, call center, or human resources experience Experience using an applicant tracking system or sourcing candidates online Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or Workday VNDLY An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus, but is not required What We Offer $40,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid training and career development Opportunities to grow within Staffworks Group A collaborative and supportive recruiting team About Staffworks Group Staffworks Group is a growing workforce solutions company that connects talented people with employers across multiple industries.
