Pinnacle Health & Weight Loss is a St. Petersburg wellness clinic specializing in body optimization. For three years, we've helped patients look, feel, and perform at their best through hormone and regenerative therapies. We're growing, and we're looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician to grow with us.

About the Role

This is a part-time position with a clear path to full-time as our practice expands. You'll work directly with patients pursuing optimization goals, managing treatment plans across our core service lines. Nurse Practitioners and Physicians are both encouraged to apply, with or without a DEA number.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage and monitor therapy protocols, including:
• • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
  • Peptide therapy
  • EBOO therapy
• Conduct follow-up visits and adjust protocols based on patient response and labs
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
• Partner with our team to deliver a high-touch patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician (MD/DO), or eligibility
• Interest or experience in HRT/TRT, peptides, or regenerative and functional medicine (we're happy to train the right candidate)
• DEA registration a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in wellness and optimization
• Reliable, patient-focused, and comfortable in a growing small-practice environment
