Territory Sales Manager

Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of Non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics. This role will have domestic travel requirements to visit customers and will sit remotely.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area.

• Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages.

• Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.

• Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business.

• Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships.

• Working with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity, developing deal strategies and becoming the technical solution of choice for the customer.

Skills and Requirements

-Large capital equipment sales experience

-Knowledge of Avionics, Electronics, Space, or Defense industries

-Experience with deals greater than 750k USD

-3+ years of sales experience

-Highly motivated

-Self-starter mindset

-Highly organized -5+ years of sales experience

-Radiographic Testing sales experience

-Automotive/ Electric Vehicles industry knowledge

-5+ years of experience in non-destructive testing
