Now Hiring: Welders - 1st Shift
St. Joseph, MO | Full-Time | Stable Local Fabrication Work

We're seeking experienced Welders and Fitter Welders to join a respected fabrication team in St. Joseph. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment on 1st shift.

What You'll Do

Perform high-quality welds according to blueprints and specifications
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding plans
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and strong weld quality
Complete a hands-on welding skills assessment

What We're Looking For

Prior welding experience required
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
Must provide own welding hood and steel-toe boots
Welding jackets and sleeves provided
