Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Recent experience in a CVOR environment
• Proficiency in CVOR procedures, instrumentation, and workflow
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Adaptability in fast-paced surgical situations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Assist surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical team during cardiac surgeries
• Ensure sterile technique and proper equipment set-up
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies promptly
• Support patient safety and exceptional surgical outcomes
• Accurately document intraoperative care and communicate updates effectively
