We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic project-driven organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by evaluating financial performance, improving processes, and supporting leadership with accurate reporting.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze project/job costing data and compare performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends.
- Review backlog and bookings schedules to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and risk mitigation across active projects.
- Prepare reports and deliver insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a project-based environment.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); Power BI experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
