This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to build ongoing relationships with residents in a faith-based senior living community.What You'll DoProvide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plansAssess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changesAdminister medications and treatments accurately and safelyCollaborate with the interdisciplinary care teamCommunicate with residents, families, physicians, and team membersRespond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and professionallySupport a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and independenceWhat You'll NeedRequired:Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum 1 year of nursing experienceAbility to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and proceduresPreferred:Experience working with older adultsExperience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living settingsPRN Schedule RequirementsMinimum of 4 shifts per monthAt least 1 weekend shift per month1 observed holiday shift per calendar yearAvailable shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00amPay and Benefits$43.00/hour, plus $2.00/hour shift differential403(b) Retirement Plan participationHoliday pay for holidays workedDaily Pay: access your wages before payday24/7 Chaplain CounselingTeam Member Assistance ProgramAnniversary Recognition ProgramReady to Apply?
