Join a Growing Café Concept

We're seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple café locations throughout the Atlanta market. This role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and an exceptional guest experience while developing high-performing General Managers and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for multiple café locations
• Coach and develop General Managers
• Drive sales, P&L performance, and operational KPIs
• Ensure exceptional guest service and brand standards
• Support hiring, training, and talent development
• Maintain food safety and operational compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in cafés, restaurants, retail, or hospitality
• Strong P&L and financial management skills
• Proven ability to build and develop successful teams
• Experience with Toast or similar POS systems preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
