You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and launch high-quality campaigns, ensuring strong operational rigor and on-time delivery.Job responsibilitiesManage multiple marketing channels to drive acquisition growth, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned to business objectivesLead end-to-end development of technical requirements, creative briefs, and campaign prioritization in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners and agencies to ensure cohesive strategy and seamless executionDevelop a deep understanding of individual marketing channels and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimizationSet and execute the strategic vision for acquisition campaigns, aligning objectives with broader business goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with co-brand partners to foster effective collaboration and drive shared business resultsOversee creative execution with keen attention to detail, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate cross-functionally and report on marketing performance metrics to inform decision-makingRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or business - 2+ years of relevant marketing or campaign management experience - Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through - Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and proactively identify opportunities for improvement - Strong relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and clear approach to presenting ideas - Strong knowledge of the travel and lodging industry, with a genuine passion for travel - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
