Dock and Door Technician

Posted Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 4:00 AM Responsibilities Oversee and assist in repair of overhead door and dock leveling systems Research and resolve issues to customer satisfaction within policy while interacting effectively with persons of diverse backgrounds Perform commercial and industrial maintenance and repairs on a variety of overhead doors and dock leveling systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems pertaining to the operation of overhead doors and dock leveling systems Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts; wear PPE and fall protection Requirements Experience installing, diagnosing, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining commercial overhead steel doors Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Must have own tools Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Good driving record and active driver’s license Benefits Company vehicle with fuel card Company cell phone Medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans 401k with partial company match Paid vacation and sick days Paid holidays Short‑ and long‑term disability insurance Basic and supplemental life insurance policies Compensation This position is paid hourly with a pay range of $25.00/hr - $38.00/hr.
