Job Summary Position: Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member (Pawnbroker) at Value Pawn & Jewelry, located at 4770 W. Irlo Bronson Hwy., Kissimmee, Florida 34746. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $15–$16 per hour, with potential for increase through training and certification. $0.50 raise after 5-week paid training program and promotion to Pawnbroker. Additional $1/hour with Pawnbroker Certification Program. Free health insurance (BlueCross BlueShield EPO Plan). Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Assist with inventory and maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking ability. Must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus. Sales background a plus. Bilingual language skills a plus. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Career Path 5-week paid training → $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker. Pawnbroker Certification Program → additional $1/hour. Potential promotion to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader).
