GENERAL MANAGER ~ RESTAURANT MANAGER ~ ASSISTANT MANAGER ~ TEAM LEADER

BIBIBOP is hiring experienced Managers of all levels in the INDIANAPOLIS market!

Positions : General Manager, Assistant Managers & Team Leads

Locations : Throughout Indianapolis, Avon, Carmel, Fishers, Rivers Edge, Westfield, Whitestown, and Zionsville.

Pay Ranges:
- General Manager : $65,000 to $70,000 + bonus + benefits
- Assistant Manager / Operations Lead : $18 to $22 per hour + bonus + benefits
- Team Lead : $15 to $21 per hour, full time or part time.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Accountable for all daily operations of the food service operation.
- Train and develop team members - proactively seek out learning opportunities: books, mentorship, courses, experiences, and self-reflection
- Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork
- Create an environment where team members are empowered and delighted, who in turn, delight our guests with genuine hospitality
- Effectively address employee relations issues
- Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained in order to increase sales volume and control inventory
- Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment
- Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently
- Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits
- Prepare or supervise preparation of all required paperwork
- Maintain safety and security of the restaurant and document any accidents or incidents that occur, when faced with hostility extend hospitality, nonetheless!
- Ensure that all personnel know and follow all company policies and procedures

Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Recent or current food service leadership experience is required
- Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to bend down, stoop low, and stand for at least 8 hours
- Ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 30 lbs
