Senior Manager, Employee Benefits & Client Management
The Standard
The Standard is seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to drive client management excellence within our Employee Benefits Sales and Client Management HUB, located in Dallas or Houston, Texas for cases over 100 lives. You will lead client management strategies, coach teams to deliver proactive service, and partner with Sales leadership to grow revenue, retention, and profitability. Travel quarterly to HUB offices to ensure consistency and staff development. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Standard
