Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for geriatric and post-acute populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• Contract duration: 14 weeks.
