Davis Development
Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist for the Luminiest Prosper property in Prosper, TX. You will maintain grounds, common areas and amenities, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general repairs. The role requires physical work, litter removal, trash handling, pool maintenance and grill upkeep. The ideal candidate has at least one year of general labor experience, a HS diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPO certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Davis Development
