Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This onsite, school-based position allows you to make a difference every day by working collaboratively within middle and high school environments. Enjoy a balanced schedule—full-time is 35 hours per week (7 hours daily with a 30-minute lunch), but part-time options are available (minimum 3 days/week).

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in both middle school and high school settings, following established IEPs and treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and support staff to facilitate student progress.
• Document student performance and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Utilize sign language effectively to communicate and support students with diverse needs.
• Manage a dynamic caseload split between two campuses, ensuring consistent service delivery throughout the week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and current SLPA license in the State.
• Proficiency in conversational sign language is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.
