Soliant is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a thriving school district near Cypress, Texas for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to work with either an elementary school or middle school caseload, supporting students with communication needs that impact academic achievement and social success.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• School-year assignment: August 11, 2026 - May 19, 2027

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance records

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of special education processes and IEP development
