As the first person many of our customers speak with or see when they visit, this position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Primary Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately Take clear and detailed messages when needed Assist customers in reaching the correct department or team member Maintain a professional and organized reception area Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties Communicate effectively Provide coverage and support as needed Maintain confidentiality when handling business or customer information Be on time, in position, and ready to assist customers at the beginning of each scheduled shift What We’re Looking For Excellent customer-service and communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple phone lines and priorities Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office systems Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy work environment Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Why Join Our Team?
