Night Shift LPN/RN Supervisor - 10 PM - 6 AM - Full-Time

Night Shift LPN or RN Position Registration Option: RN or LPN Work Schedule HOURS: 10 PM - 6 PM Schedule: MON, TUE, WED, and THUR On-call rotation – weekends and holidays Pay Ranges Registered Nurse (RN): $29.22–$39.45 per hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $24.33 – $32.00 per hour Additional Pay Incentives $7/hour evening shift differential OR Sign‑On Bonus (up to $10k paid out quarterly) $2 night shift differential (10 PM - 6 AM all days) $2 weekend shift differential (6 AM Saturday to 6 AM Monday) Position Summary This position is primarily responsible for coordinating residents’ care in accordance with the Virginia Department of Social Services Standards and recognized nursing standards and practices. As a member of the Nursing Leadership team, the position implements and audits quality improvement measures, mentors and coaches nurses and CNAs across Woodland Park and Transitional Care, and completes performance reviews for supervised staff. Previous experience in long‑term care/SNF required. Ability to communicate effectively with the Director of Nursing, nursing leadership team, physicians, staff, families, and community partners. Knowledge and passion for geriatric, transitional, and long‑term care. Supervisory, coordination, and leadership skills. Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Collaborative approach with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Command of the English language, both written and spoken; self‑motivated, organized, and flexible. Proven ability to work independently and in a team‑based environment with minimal supervision.
