I have become lifelong friends with this team, and I can happily say I love my job and enjoy coming to work.” Position: Server Type: Part Time Location: St. Peters, Missouri Wage: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour Shift Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm Responsibilities Be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect. Be a Peppy Prepper: prep tables for service, prepare salads for the next meal, and roll silverware to support successful meal service. Be a Titan of Tidiness: bus tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean environment for the community. Be an Appetite Anthropologist: communicate with supervisors and wellness staff when you observe poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite, and report when residents are absent from meals. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th‑grade proficiency with residents. Must have a positive and energetic attitude and love working with residents. Must be active: the role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. Must be able to lift or move items up to 50 pounds frequently. Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
