As a Workplace Premier Inbound Consultant, you'll support retirement plan participants during some of the most important moments in their financial journey. Whether they're navigating a life event, making decisions about their workplace retirement plan, or looking for guidance on how to achieve their investing goals, you'll deliver exceptional service and personalized support when it matters most.

Through meaningful conversations, you'll build trust, uncover each participant's unique needs and goals, and connect them with the Vanguard products, services, and solutions that can help them achieve greater financial success.

At Vanguard, you'll help retirement plan participants transform important financial moments into meaningful progress toward their long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create exceptional participant experiences by delivering personalized service and guidance during important life and plan-related events.
• Build trust and deepen relationships by understanding participants' financial goals, retirement readiness, and broader investing needs.
• Recommend Vanguard products, services, and solutions that align with each participant's unique circumstances and long-term objectives.
• Drive positive participant outcomes by helping individuals take action and make informed decisions that strengthen their financial future.
• Collaborate with a team of high-performing sales professionals who are passionate about helping participants achieve investment success.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of one-year related work experience. Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver exceptional investor experience.
• Ability to deliver exceptional client relationship management experience.
• Ability to consistently drive strong sales outcomes.
• Ability to manage internal relationships with key business partners to complete the sale.
• Experience and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to apply conceptual thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Comfort with phone, web, email and social media channels in which clients engage with Vanguard.

Required Regulatory Licensing:

• SIE and Series 7 prior to start
• Series 63/65 or 66 (or equivalent designations where eligible), which may be completed after hire
• Compliance will confirm which qualifications apply based on role responsibilities.
