Staff Performance & Onboarding Specialist

Employbridge

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a contract, on-site role in Columbus, OH. The candidate will be the first point of contact for vendor and client employee issues, educate clients on procedures, and ensure timely resolution. The role includes onboarding, payroll processing, and safety documentation. The position requires experience in a logistics/manufacturing setting, strong data reporting skills with CRM/Power BI, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting #J-18808-Ljbffr Employbridge
