Dental Front Office Receptionist

Are you looking to be a part of a dynamic team in the dental industry? SmileDesign Dental is seeking a motivated individual to join our practice as a Dental Front Office Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Join us in our mission to provide comprehensive dental care services to patients in Gwinnett and surrounding areas.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Answer phone calls, confirm dental appointments and address patient inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team
Required Skills:
- Experience in working in a face paced environment
- Experience in with providing stellar customer service in a clinical area
- Woking effectively within a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Insurance verification
- Familiarity with processing payments
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Knowledge of dental terminolgy
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $16 to $20.00 hourly, depending on experience. In addition, we offer benefits such as dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, vacation leave, and paid time off.
