Center Clinical Medical Director COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus' and Partnership Our client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. Salary Description
341000
- Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
- Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
- Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a - 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

- Inhouse Consulting Specialist: Cardiology, Podiatry and more
- Holistic Health Services: Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga and Nutrition
- Door to Door Transportation for our patients (Uber/Lyft)
- Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
- Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
- Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
