We are currently in need of a full time Sales, Training and Supervisory executive.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Pro-active, results driven engagement
• Advanced knowledge of Zoom or Teams meeting hosting and capabilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excels at working independently
• Experience creating engaging, informative, concise client-focused content
  

SALES:

• Implement and track direct marketing to managed associations
• Develop strategies to target self-managed associations for outreach, education, and prospecting
• Elevate marketing materials and sales presentation to prospective clients
• Develop social media presence
• Implement referral program for current clients, board members, and former board members
  

TRAINING:

• Train new support employees
• Train and ongoing coaching of employees promoted from support staff to property manager
• Conduct regularly scheduled review sessions for ongoing and processes and best practices
• Coach all property managers on effective board engagement and relationship building
  

INTERNAL OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:

• Perform regular oversight of employee utilization of processes and best practices
• Evaluate knowledge base of property managers and identify gaps to be addressed
• Provide operational support to support staff and property managers
• Act as initial point of contact for internal escalation of client inquiries about service levels and property manager inquiries about specific client requests for service
  

Compensation:

• Starting salary $75,000 + Commissions. (Commissions target $20k-$25k per year)

• 2 weeks paid vacation with 10 additional paid holidays. Employees earn 1 additional day of vacation for every 6 months of employment, no limit.
