American Red Cross - Utah & Nevada Region
Make a Difference with Our Youth! Help inspire and empower the next generation of Red Cross leaders! As a Youth Engagement Lead , you’ll support the National Youth Strategy across five key areas — Learning, Blood Donors, Fundraising, International Humanitarian Law, and Social Engagement — while connecting youth to the Red Cross mission. What You’ll Do: Develop and carry out plans to engage youth in Red Cross programs. Partner with the Engagement Specialist to set and achieve youth engagement goals. Recruit, mentor, and support youth volunteers and Red Cross Club Coordinators. Build connections between youth and Red Cross opportunities. Contribute to special regional and strategic projects as needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with and leading youth or young adults. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
