The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $115,200.00 to $143,990.00. Base salaries are determined during our interview process based on experience, skills and the scope of responsibilities. Introduction The Global Innovation team based in New York is responsible for many exciting brands. We seek a senior innovation expert who thrives on complex projects, strong project management and influencing skills, collaboration for superior results, leadership for a diverse team, and a passion for innovation. Job Aim Help bring the Innovation team vision to life, coordinating local governance on the US pipeline and global partnerships for innovation. Create and manage project plans & KPIs aligned with business strategy. Provide project management support on design, development, TLOs, and R+D/operations efforts. Lead end‑to‑end management of innovation launches from ideation to commercialization. Drive action through collaboration with local and global Brand Companies, CORBY, NBV, and other partners to stay on time and on budget. Creatively solve challenges along critical paths, balancing timing, budget and consumer impact. Instill consumer centricity by integrating action standards into the innovation stage‑gate process. Share learnings with international teams and global HQ to build the Pernod Ricard Innovation community. Coordinate with local Brand Marketing Teams and partners to align on innovation platforms and agenda. Roles and Responsibilities Bring the global innovation vision to life and deliver leading‑edge capabilities. Leverage project‑management best practices to elevate skills and drive accountability. Ensure methodologies and frameworks add value and meet local and global market needs. Develop comprehensive project plans: scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, timelines, budgets, resources. Facilitate the team, assign tasks, manage dependencies, and lead stakeholder engagement. Track timelines, provide status reports, produce minutes, and communicate project progress. Support cross‑functional sprints on design, TLO, development, and R+D projects. Lead critical innovation projects through stage‑gate and governance approvals. Manage agency partners and cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and budgets. Drive consumer‑centric analytics and standards through the stage‑gate process. Promote collaboration across global and local brands and national divisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Project Management qualification essential (Six Sigma, Scrum Master, PMI, or equivalent). Minimum 6+ years of project management experience supporting innovation teams in spirits or beverage, or PMO experience with CPG startups. Demonstrated experience using agile methodologies to accelerate product launches. Proven ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix organization. Financial experience managing P&L and costs while maintaining innovation deliverables. Global spirits experience a plus.
