Coaches to navigating the everchanging healthcare environment to increase understanding of accounts and be able to impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner. Organizational Change Models a growth mindset to coach and lead others through challenges to stay focused on creating positive experiences. People Leadership / Employee Experience Recruiting & Onboarding Builds a high‑functioning team; partners across the organization to identify and recruit diverse top talent. Coaching Embraces and coaches team utilizing Lilly’s coaching and selling models to elevate performance. Defines clear expectations, tracks and handles progress, differentiates performance, and holds individuals accountable. Ongoing Career Development Promotes ongoing learning for career development and advancement through consistent career coaching dialogues. Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required. Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs. Additional Information Must live within 50 miles of the district boundary. Compensation and Benefits Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $157,500 – $231,000. Full‑time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
