Sales Representative - Medical Device

About the Role The Radiometer Sales Representative is tasked with building and nurturing customer relationships, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing sales growth with existing clients. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires a minimum of 70% travel, including overnight travel. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Create and execute a territory plan, ensuring new customer wins, revenue growth, and account expansion. Progress sales funnel and sales advances with onsite sales calls. Conduct annual customer business reviews of top accounts and assist in managing escalated accounts in coordination with the regional support team. Maintain accurate sales funnel, customer contacts, activities, and forecast in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Deliver high‑value proposals that meet customer needs while meeting company growth objectives. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s degree required; science major preferred. 3+ years sales experience required; experience in a medical device industry preferred. 1+ year of capital equipment sales experience preferred. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Up to 70% travel or greater, including some overnight travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years. Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 pounds. Additional Preferred Experience Experience in respiratory therapy, nursing, clinical laboratory, or similar work. Understanding of business management systems, Microsoft Office, database administration, and CRM. Benefits Salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, with potential for bonus/incentive pay.
