Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in need of mental health counseling and support. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our community members.
Position Overview
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will deliver mental health counseling and therapeutic support to clients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate is skilled in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy in a compassionate, client-centered manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources as needed.
Requirements
- Active LCSW licensure in New York State.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
