Junior HR Business Partner Health

Description

The USF Health Jr HR Business Partner is directly associated with the HR embedded shared services model and provides day-to-day support to managers and employees on a wide variety of human resources related matters.

• Provides support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters ensuring alignment with corporate policies goals and objectives.
• Processes non-faculty recruitment and personnel actions including appointment extensions FTE changes terminations and offer letters.
• Participates in unit timecard oversight and line manager support as necessary to ensure timely pay for non-exempt employees.
• May support volunteer appointments.
• Leads creates and/or supports special project initiatives and deliverables.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Associates degree -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience -OR- HR Internship experience.

Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelors degree.

(c) Six years of direct experience for a masters degree;
(d) Seven years of direct experience for a professional degree; or
(e) Nine years of direct experience for a doctoral degree
Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure certification or registration required for the position of employment as established by the public employer and indicated in the advertised description of the position of employment.
Minimum Qualifications that require a high school diploma are exempt from SB 1310.
