Remote - U.S. & Canada Only | Full-Time

Compensation: $100K–$125K USD (U.S.-based candidates) $90K–$115K CAD (Canada-based candidates)

Level Agency is hiring a highly technical, hands-on Analytics Implementation Manager to own digital analytics implementation, signal quality infrastructure, and measurement engineering across client accounts.

This is not a reporting role. It is not a strategy-only role. And it is not for someone who needs a developer to do the hard parts.

This role sits inside our Martech & Analytics team and is built for someone who can independently deploy server-side tagging, architect data layers, write custom JavaScript in GTM, validate GA4 event data in BigQuery, and implement conversion signal infrastructure across platforms like Google and Meta.

You'll play a critical role in strengthening the measurement foundations that support client performance across the agency. That means improving signal quality, implementation consistency, attribution fidelity, and the overall reliability of the data our teams depend on.

Your Role (and Impact)

As an Analytics Implementation Manager, you'll be the technical execution lead responsible for implementing, validating, and maintaining the analytics and signal infrastructure that supports performance across client portfolios.

This role is about making sure measurement works the way it should — cleanly, reliably, and at production quality. You'll help build and maintain the technical foundation behind how we track, validate, and improve performance across the agency.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on digital analytics implementation experience
• Strong depth in GA4, GTM (web and server-side), and data layer architecture
• Proven experience deploying server-side tagging / tag gateway solutions
• Strong experience implementing Enhanced Conversions, offline conversion flows, and conversion APIs
• Strong JavaScript skills and the ability to write/debug custom GTM scripts independently
• Solid SQL skills and experience querying GA4 BigQuery exports for QA and validation
• Experience deploying and managing server-side GTM on GCP
• Experience implementing Meta CAPI and cross-platform signal coverage
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, DOM behavior, browser DevTools, and network inspection
• Experience integrating measurement infrastructure with CRM / martech systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with privacy and consent frameworks including Consent Mode v2, CMPs, and data governance requirements
• Strong documentation discipline and a high bar for implementation quality

• Use AI to accelerate implementation work across JavaScript, SQL, regex, payload structure, and technical documentation
• Apply AI to improve QA workflows, validation logic, and audit efficiency
• Use AI as a thought partner when debugging, documenting, and scaling technical implementation work
• Share prompts, workflows, and learnings that improve team execution
• Treat AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut for technical depth
