You’ll ensure safety, quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.ScheduleShift: 2-2-3: 12-hour shifts, nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.Compensation & Benefits: Value, RecognizedWe reward great work with:Pay: $20.69-$26.64/hour + $2/hour night shift premium401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8%Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day onePaid time off and holidaysGrowth and development opportunitiesJob Description: Possibility UnpackedWhat you’ll do:Prepare inks, substrates, plates, cylinders, gears, etc. for scheduled job.Assist Press Operator in monitoring the product to ensure quality.Knowledge and ability to perform make-readies.Participate in the operation of the press with the ability to operate if needed.Order, Charge, and Return raw materials to each job as needed.Complete necessary daily paperwork.Complete 5S/housekeeping logs.Follow and be held accountable for adherence to all of the company policies and procedures as they are outlined and defined.Remove and identify all scrap except flying splices before master rolls get moved to WIP areaAll other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor and/or ManagementWhat We Want From You: Lead the PackPreferred qualifications:Ability read, understand, and follow customer specificationsExperience in manufacturing environment preferred.Forklift experience preferredMust have basic computer skills to complete tasks in operator softwareRequired to have visual acuity to perform visual inspection including the use of measurement devices and ability to identify and distinguish colorsWhat We ValueOur Core Values guide us: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance.Physical RequirementsLift up to 50 lbs.Stand for long periods (steel-toed shoes required)Perform climbing, crouching, and reachingWhy Amcor?Be part of a global leader while working in a team-driven environment at our Lebanon Plant.
