Skills you'll need education: high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or inventory role (typically 12 years). Skills: proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, barcode scanners), strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements: ability to lift heavy packages, stand for long periods, and use warehouse equipment.

Your day-to-day receiving: unload trucks, inspect shipments for damage, verify items against purchase orders or invoices, and log materials using scanners. Shipping & fulfillment: pick, pack, and label customer orders, prepare bills of lading, and schedule outbound logistics. Inventory control: stock received items in the correct locations, conduct inventory counts, and update warehouse management systems. Documentation: create packing slips, manage shipping paperwork, and maintain accurate logs of all incoming/outgoing goods. Safety & organization: maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all warehouse safety regulations.
