Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Ohio
• Experience providing occupational therapy in school environments preferred
• Ability to collaborate with supervising OTs for COTA applicants
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individual treatment plans addressing students’ unique needs
• Deliver targeted interventions to support motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Document progress and maintain detailed therapy records in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
