Oak Crest Village at Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to partner with campus leaders on employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning. You will coach managers, lead onboarding, and drive leadership development while supporting a diverse, inclusive culture and exceptional resident experiences. You will oversee compliance and use workforce insights to improve organizational effectiveness, with compensation commensurate with experience and #J-18808-Ljbffr Erickson Senior Living
