Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and other team members to move matters toward resolution efficiently Contemporaneously memorialize discussions and decisions, and record your time, in our electronic case management system Draft a high-quality, timely work product (correspondence, estate planning documents with customized provisions, court petitions, strategy recommendations, settlement agreements, etc.) Prepare for and lead meetings with clients and their advisors Represent clients at hearings and other legal proceedings Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor/review their work Qualifications: Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr Beach Cities Estate Law
