OT: Not expected but offered. Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Yes. Weekend - On Call (Pager): Yes. Holiday (Shift): Offered. Holiday (Call): Offered. Case Type(s): General , Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, OB. MUST be Cardiac Capable - no TEE/ fellowship required. Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes. Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Yes. Site Charting System: Epic Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 9. Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes. What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4. Are MDs doing their own cases: No. No new gradautes. Must have at least 1yr experience to be considered. Credentialing: 90 days.
